We started Kestowe in 2014 with two agents, one office on Carlaw and a rule that every client deals with the same person from start to finish. Twelve years and 2,900 homes later, the rule hasn’t changed.

Why we started
Most agencies price from the neighbourhood average. We price from your street.
Averages hide everything that makes a home worth more or less: the side of the street, the school line, the lane behind it. So we keep our own record of every sale and lease on the streets we work, and we show you the numbers before we give you a price.
We stay small on purpose. Six agents, six neighbourhoods, and a phone that a person answers.
