Pre-construction can be a good way in. The contract matters more than the rendering.

15% over the first year
Paid in three or four instalments and held in trust until closing. We check the schedule before you sign.
Completion
Dates can move
Occupancy often comes months before final closing. We explain interim occupancy fees in plain numbers.

Most of our projects allow one assignment. We confirm the fee and the rules in writing.
